Important:

• Limit to one booking per person, per day
• As alcohol is served, all guests must be 18+. St Hugo reserves the right to request suitable identification to prove this, such as a current photographic drivers licence, a current passport, a current Proof of Age card or a current Keypass identification card
• All dietary requirements must be provided at least five business days prior to the booking date
• For groups of more than 12 guests on request, please enquire with St Hugo directly
• Confirmation of numbers is required. You must confirm your final booking numbers at least five business days prior to the booking date
• Any excess amount is payable directly to St Hugo

Terms & Conditions:

• If you are unwell or have cold or flu like symptoms, please call St Hugo at 1300 162 992 to cancel your booking
• Please note, St Hugo is a cashless venue
• Tasting flight fees are non-refundable
• If you do not attend your booking, a tasting fee of $75 per person will be charged. If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened. Please call ahead on 1300 162 992 to advise St Hugo if you are running late
• If you notify St Hugo prior to your booking for a tasting flight that you are unable to attend, a full refund will be issued
• St Hugo reserves the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if it is believed that participants of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol
• Staff may stop service at any point should patrons not follow venue’s procedures regarding COVID safety

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portion will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
