• For transfers from the train station, the driver will wait inside the station at the end of the platform
• For transfers to the train station, the driver will wait at the hotel entrance or at the location nearest to the address provided

• Baggage size and allowance are as follows:
  • Cabinet suitcase: 55 x 36 x 20 cm
  • Medium suitcase: 66 x 43 x 26cm
  • Large suitcase: 77 x 50 x 30 cm
  • Over-sized luggage restrictions: Over-sized luggage items including, but not limited to surfboards, golf bags or wheelchairs will fit in the vans, but not sedans. Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
  • No additional charges apply for baby seats. Please advise of your requirements at time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are valid for one-way transfer only. Guests must purchase an additional one-way transfer for return travel
• Appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers. Vehicles are subject to availability
• Reservations are only considered when full booking details are provided (see How to Redeem section)
