• Course Two: A plate of hand-picked and lovingly prepared garden goodness, which celebrates fresh produce in its most raw and honest form
• Course Three: Selection of house-made charcuterie, with each cut and creation inspired by food cultures from around the world
• Course Four: Enjoy grass-fed meats, from top to tail and cooked over coals. Served with sides of seasonal produce and all the trimmings
• Course Five: A decadent but down-to-earth dessert sprinkled with freshly picked petals
