Lunch Sample Menu:
- Course One: Soto Ayam: Indonesian favorite chicken soup with glass noodles, boiled eggs, tomato and celery
- Course Two (Choose One):
- Ayam Bakar Taliwang: char-grilled baby chicken in chili sauce served with plecing kangkung
- Kare Ikan Java: char-grilled snapper fillet braised in curry and coconut milk, broccoli, tofu
- Mains are served with steamed rice
- Course Three: Wingko Babat: sticky rice coconut cakes with green fermented sauce, kopyor ice cream
Dinner Sample Menu:
- Course One: Lumpia Nusantara: deep-fried vegetables spring rolls served with sweet and sour sauce
- Course Two (Choose One):
- Bebek Goreng Nusa Dua: crispy duck with vegetable and lemongrass sauce, fried yellow rice
- BBQ Balinese Pork Rib: char-grilled pork ribs served with crunchy vegetables, steamed rice
- Course Three: Klepon Sela Ungu: Balinese sweet purple with palm sugar, grated coconut
