• Please ensure you are at the departure location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be refunded

• Please allow up to five hours for this experience
• Hotel transfers, food and drinks that are not mentioned are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors

• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• Unfortunately, Walks is unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour
• Guests may only carry small handbags inside Palacio Real and Prado Museum. Larger backpacks, umbrellas and sharp items, etc. must be left in the cloakroom
• It is the responsibility of the guest to return to the entrance to collect these after the tour part
• Photography is not permitted in most interior rooms of the Palacio Real and in Prado Museum
• Please note drinks and food are not allowed inside the Prado Museum
