• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Private return transfers available from Khao Lak area hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time
• Drinks, gratuities and personal expenses are not included in your tour
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to vendors

• Tour requires a minimum of two people to book
• Maximum group size is six adults per tour
• All passengers must be aged 3+ to participate in this experience
• Children aged 3 years old are free of charge but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 4+ are considered adults for ticketing purposes and must hold a valid ticket
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road or sea conditions
• Long-tail boat rides are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of ICS Travel Group for passenger and crew safety
• ICS Travel Group cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. ICS Travel Group retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
