• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter
• A guardian must be a parent or an adult aged 20 or older acting in place of a parent
• One guardian may accompany up to five children
• Guests may not be replaced by others after entry

• For babies from 0 to 24 months, there is a dedicated “Crawling Garden” baby area with soft play equipment where they can play safely, allowing parents and children to enjoy themselves with peace of mind
• In the renewed “Forest Area” on April 17, 2025, the new “Creative Blocks” zone lets children play creatively with safe, durable large blocks using their whole bodies

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Being involved in violence or excessive drinking people are not allowed to enter

• Please refrain from bringing pets. (Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are exceptions.)
