• Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

• Transfers to accommodation outside of the above listed locations may be available at an additional surcharge

Important:

• There is a limit of two (2) standard-size suitcases allowed per person. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs may be subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage
• Valid for one-way transfers to and from Honolulu International Aiport (HNL) only
• Tips and gratuities are not included

Terms & Conditions:

• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
• Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date
• The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee of US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is US$250
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply, minus a 10% processing fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Reservations are non-refundable for no-shows

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
