• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Morning Tour: Departs 8am, returns 1.30pm or Afternoon Tour: Departs 12pm, returns 5.30pm
• Not valid: Blackout dates apply including public holidays and 2–4 September 2023, 9–13 February 2024 and 30 April – 1 May 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from selected hotels in Ho Chi Minh Centre (Districts 1, 3 and 5). Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Please allow up to 5.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food and additional drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Infants aged 0–3 may attend free of charge – please advise at time of booking
• Children must be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times

• ICS Vietnam cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. ICS Vietnam retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
