• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Tour and Tasting: Available Tuesday – Friday: 11am or 2pm; Saturday & Sunday: 11.30am or 2pm
• Not valid: Monday and 25 December
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

• Exclusions: Food, additional drinks, take-home wines or merchandise from Sittella winery shop, and hotel transfers. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• Your Cellar Door host will guide you through the wines and you will taste at your leisure, however for the purposes of your itinerary, please allow approximately 30 minutes’ duration for this activity
• This is a shared experience, meaning that tasting sessions and tours will include other guests

• For groups of 6 guests or more, all guests are required to taste the same wines during the Cellar Door Tasting
• Your reservation will be allocated to the best available table at the time of your reservation
• Partial refunds do not apply if any components were possible but guests choose not to proceed/partake, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
