Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: Sittings from 12pm–4pm (last booking)
• Not valid: Public holidays and blackout dates including 29 March – 1 April, 25 April, 6 May & 14 August 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Venue: Reserve Wine Bar – Emporium Hotel South Bank, 267 Grey Street South Brisbane, QLD, 4101. You may take the elevator or staircase from the Foyer on Ground Floor to Level One

• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Valid for dine-in only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Signature Restaurant

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum number of guests for this experience is two. Maximum number of guests per booking is four
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Signature Restaurant abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Maximum sitting time per booking is two hours
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer. Reserve Wine Bar has a 15-minute grace period – please call the venue if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. Late arrival will shorten reservation time
