I have stayed here multiple times for special birthday celebrations. This time, while the cleanliness of the room was disappointing at first, I truly appreciated the way the issue was handled. The manager personally came to apologize and made sure we were well looked after, which really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. They did everything they could to make up for the inconvenience, and I felt genuinely cared for. As a high-end hotel, expectations are naturally high, and I do hope housekeeping improves to match the overall standard of the property. That said, the service recovery was excellent, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

Our five-day stay at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort was nothing short of incredible! The resort is stunning, with immaculate grounds, luxurious rooms, and top-notch amenities that made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Daniel, the Director of Rooms, for his outstanding hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from handling special requests to offering thoughtful recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made our experience exceptional. The food was fantastic, the staff were warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return. Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is a destination I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable escape!

Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast was overall very good. The hotel was clean and modern, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and the kids really enjoyed the rotating selection of pancakes, waffles, and French toast each morning. I particularly liked the Eggs Benedict, though I felt the buffet was overpriced for what was offered. The beach was beautiful, but the waves were quite choppy, so we didn’t spend much time there. The pool area was gorgeous, but unfortunately, even in the Australian summer, the water was quite cold, making it uncomfortable for the kids to enjoy. A standout feature was the parking system—they use cameras to scan your license plate, so you don’t need a key card to enter or exit the garage. It was a super convenient and hassle-free experience. We also ordered pizza by the pool, which was pretty good, and overall, our stay was solid. A beautiful resort with great amenities, though a warmer pool and better breakfast value would make it even better!

I stayed at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast for the second time, expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, this time, I was badly disappointed. The pool area is dangerous! Some tiles were broken, and while walking, I got a deep cut on my foot that started bleeding. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury resort! I immediately informed the staff, and while the manager did disinfect my wound, provide a bandage, upgrade my room, and offer a complimentary dinner, the fact remains: this should NEVER have happened in the first place! What if a child had been injured? A resort of this caliber should prioritize safety, and clearly, they are failing in maintenance. If you are staying here, be extremely careful around the pool, especially if you have kids. I sincerely hope the management fixes this issue before someone gets seriously hurt. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel.
