7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Aqua between 6am – 11am on weekends and 6am –10.30am on weekdays. Buffet includes a selection of Western, Thai, Indian, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
• Daily lunch is one a la carte item (for Daily Dining Upgrade packages) or two courses (for standard packages), served at Edge Beach Club from 12pm – 3pm. If Edge Beach Club is closed due to weather conditions, lunch will be served at Aqua.
• Dinner is a two-course set menu (excluding premium items) served at Tamarind Restaurant or Aqua between 6pm – 9pm daily.
• The free-flow hour is served at Edge Beach Club or Junction Bar and can be taken any time between 10am – 9pm and begins when the first glass is poured. Includes cocktails and local beer from a dedicated menu. Wine is excluded. The hour cannot be split up, and if any drinks are ordered outside the one-hour window, guests must pay an extra charge.
• Included massage is a choice of Thai, head or shoulder massage, available at Talay Spa from 10am – 6pm. Advance booking is essential. Charges apply to extended massages or additional services.
• 30% dining discount is valid for a la carte food menu across all onsite restaurants for the duration of your stay.
• 15% discount on drinks menu is valid for the duration of your stay.
• 30% discount on spa treatments at Talay Spa is valid for the duration of your stay.
• 60-minute shark discovery workshop and daily baby shark feeding is available per resort schedule. Please check times with reception upon arrival.
• Daily yoga and Thai boxing classes are available per resort schedule.
• Daily complimentary shuttle to Phuket town and Sunday Night Market is available per resort schedule. Times and booking details available at reception.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
