202503 This resort left a deep impression on me. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the transfer service showed the hotel’s high-quality hospitality. Every staff member was warm, courteous, and sometimes showed thoughtful gestures that made our stay more special. The room we booked was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was beautiful, and with the beach just a short walk away, we could easily spend an entire day relaxing there. The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring a variety of international cuisines, and the pastries were specially delicious. The hotel has four restaurants, and overall, the dining experience was excellent. We enjoyed many lunches and dinners here. I hope to visit this resort again in the future.

The hotel takes about 25 minutes by Uber from the airport and is located in the center of an area lined with resort hotels. There is Marble Mountain, a tourist attraction in front of the hotel, and it is a short walk away. There were a lot of sightseeing buses parked. The hotel is divided into hotel buildings and villas. We stayed at the hotel building. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the view of the resort right in front of me. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was big. There were many kinds of breakfast, it was variety, and it was very delicious.The room service was reasonable and delicious. All the staff were always smiling, kind and polite, and I had a very pleasant time. Especially, SOPHIE showed the room and she greeted me with a smile every time I went out ,so I was very happy and grateful. It costs about 6 to 8 dollars to get to the city center and the airport. It was a very satisfying stay.

Our group of family and friends stayed in a 4 bedroom villa and also one ocean view hotel room. We couldn’t have been happier with the rooms and facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. The fitness center was very well equipped and spacious, the spa treatments were so relaxing, and we enjoyed afternoon tea, happy hour cocktails, and room service. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want and was one of the best we’ve had. There were several pools, including our personal villa pool, with drinks and food easily ordered from the main pool QR codes at each lounger. We were there off season so I imagine it would be very busy other times. The walk along the path by the beach was so enjoyable, we often chose that over the on-demand carts when we wanted to get to the main lobby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service We had an amazing experience at this beautiful property! The team—from the front to housekeeping to dining to spa—was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention goes to Manager Ly, who truly made our visit exceptional. Not only did she welcome us with thoughtful treats and a personalized note. She even made the effort to meet us in person when we checked out, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. Even the staff maintaining the gardens and gathering coconuts were so friendly, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the property. The team at the bars and dining areas also stood out with their professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring every meal and drink was memorable. It’s these extra efforts by the entire team that make a stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and outstanding hospitality!
