Refundable Cancellation Policy

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 14 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Amazing service in particular the restaurant staff (Lia) and hospitality staff. Very serene location. We had some noisy neighbours but the staff helped ameliorate situation. There is a regular shuttle to Ubud centre. Pool was fantastic. Would recommend staying here!

This resort for me was amazing. It definitely felt luxurious. I came as a solo traveler but I would definitely bring a significant other here. This place is very romantic to me. The massage I received was amazing. I cannot wait to come back here. The staff was amazing too. So kind and sweet and attentive to guests. The views were beautiful too

Despite visiting during the rainy season, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! Coming from Europe, this an amazing place for people looking for a peaceful and quiet place. Every member of staff was exceptional—always attentive and welcoming. The spa was pure bliss, our villa with its private pool was stunning, and the restaurant offered delicious meals and amazing hospitality that exceeded our expectations. A huge congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such high standards. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the villas, and waking up to the serene sight of the private pool and lush nature surrounding us felt absolutely magical. It’s a place that truly makes you feel at peace. What really set this experience apart was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was genuine. The front desk team made us feel welcome immediately and went above and beyond to accommodate every request. The restaurant staff was exceptional – attentive, kind, and always ready with a smile. Every meal felt special because of their care and attention to detail. And then there were the employees who were always around the hotel, ready to help with anything. Whether it was carrying our bags or even holding an umbrella to ensure we stayed dry, they never hesitated to assist in the kindest way possible. Their manners and professionalism were simply impeccable. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an experience made unforgettable by the people who work there. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
