Close to town. Very clean. Staff - amazing! I lost my ring and informed them on checkout - they found it and called me straight away. Vet impressed with how helpful the staff were.

Excellent Location and very spacious two bedroom apartment, perfect for a long stay in Queenstown. Regular cleaning, friendly and accommodating staff. Only complaint is lack of Smart TV's which is beyond a must in 2025.

We were a family of 4 adults. Stayed just the 1 night. Service level here was top notch. A special mention to Lana, the night manager and the next day early morning team- everyone was so courteous and willing to help with a smile. When travelling - service can make all the difference! Thank you. Location Perfectly located walking distance from the main market, and beautiful views of the lake. Rooms We had an apartment, very good size, and well furnished- felt like home. Comfortable. Breakfast We requested for packed breakfast which was nice and given to us perfectly on time. PS: the only request would be to add an A/C in the small bedroom as it can get stuffy.

The location is great for getting everywhere in town. The staff was very friendly too. The walls are very thin so no real privacy from room to room. Also the bathroom did not feel very clean, mildew around the shower. The shower and amenities were really nice. Was fine for the 2 nights we were there.
