A very brief but fantastic stay at this newish waterfront property Novotel Marina Sriracha. Surprise welcome on arrival by the lovely Peeraphol Jittiboonruan, General Manager, who we had met a few years earlier at Verandah Resort Pattaya. His front office manager, Khun Min is an absolute legend and took wonderful care of us, as did the entire team. We were multi level upgraded to a beautiful corner suite complete with tasty welcome amenities and the property boasts a great restaurant and a roof top bar, complete with live band. Sriracha is a bustling area and the hotel is well situated with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars & markets. The property also has a great club lounge with amazing views and excellent selection of F&B. We will definitely be back for a longer stay soon!

Good service, got a room with a very beautiful view, but the room was not clean, there was a musty smell, dust, the room didn't have the slightest bit of fragrance. The bigger the bathroom, the bigger it was, but there were periods everywhere. The way to the hotel was scary.

When I called to ask for information, the receptionist treated me as if I were being ignored. As a foreign tourist, how much can I really know about Thailand? They also failed to properly inform me about the location of the pier. While I was satisfied with the room, their service was noticeably unprofessional. I wanted to order room service, but there was no menu in the room. When I tried calling to ask about it, no one answered. Just because you work at a good hotel doesn’t mean you’re the best. Stay humble, lo-so. Haha.
