Would recommend this place to stay. The room was clean, and check in was easy. We were also able to use the carpark which was convenient as self parking. The location was great- easily walkable to Southbank and the city centre, but also far enough away to be nice and quiet. Would stay here again.

perfect business hotel, location is at heart of the city on south bank side; pathway to cross Brisbane river and reach CBD is 5 minutes away. room amenities are sufficient for business purpose, food options are limited at the restaurant; no lunch available; only breakfast (buffet) & dinner

My stay at Novotel Brisbane was overall positive. It’s a modern hotel with a great first impression: stylish, quiet, and comfortable. The decor and atmosphere definitely stand out. That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The rooms and pool are on the smaller side, and parking isn’t included, which is a bit of a letdown, especially considering how pricey it is. Including parking in the rate and offering more reasonable pricing would really improve the experience. On the plus side, the location is spot on, making it easy to get around. However, the park across the road has quite a few tents which can make the area feel a bit unsafe at times. Some staff members were really friendly and helpful, which was great. All in all, it’s a decent option if you’re after a modern and comfy stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement given the cost.
