地點超好，窗外街景好美，逛街方便，離拉麵街很近；幾十步就是著名的燒鰻魚店。酒店服務很好，還有會中文的服務生，大堂有免費咖啡(時段限定)，房間還有盒裝水，早餐不錯，整體不錯，下次一定再住。

Mercure Sapporo was conveniently located in the city center where all the shopping, restaurants, and convenient stores are. It is also near the Susukino Station so it is accessible. The hotel was clean and rooms were of decent size. Bathrooms were equipped with amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

We were traveling as a group of 6 people (4 adults, 2 children ages 8 and 11) and had reserved 2 rooms through Agoda in the Triple Room format, which means 3 people can stay per room, including breakfast. However, when booking, Agoda's system only allowed 2 people per room to be accommodated, so we specified 2 adults and 2 children per booking. When the day of stay arrives The hotel informed us that we would need to pay an additional breakfast fee for 2 adults if everyone would like to have breakfast. So we asked at the reception. and was described as Because we specified the number of guests in the system as 2 adults and 2 children, the other 2 adults are not included in the breakfast package. We therefore further inquired: How do hotels usually charge for children's breakfast? The hotel informed us that children eat for free, which made us even more confused. Because normally Room booking includes breakfast. Two adults per room are entitled to breakfast. But from the hotel management in this case It turned out that Breakfast for Triple Room is limited to only 1 person (because children eat free) When I went back to check the prices on Agoda, I found that choosing 1 adult, 1 child per room and 2 adults per room had no difference in price. This makes us think that Agoda should provide more clear information. Things to keep in mind when booking a hotel through Agoda 1. Check the details of breakfast carefully. Especially in the case of booking a triple room or having children staying. 2. Ask the hotel in advance. If booking through a website that allows you to choose, the number of people is limited. To be sure, are there any additional costs? 3. Compare prices from available options. Is there a difference between booking 2 adults and 1 adult and 1 child? Hotel review The rooms are clean, spacious and in a very good location. Opposite the hotel there is a delicious crab restaurant. Near both 7-Eleven and Lawson. Walk to the market and shopping area within 5 minutes. If there is no problem with breakfast This stay would be perfect. Conclusion: Good hotel, good location, but Agoda's system and breakfast policy can be confusing. You should check carefully before booking!
