Concern Regarding Room Amenities & Service Date : 19 FEB 2025 I just checked into my room and noticed that there is no laundry paper available. That was fine—I called the front desk to request one. However, I then realized that there was also no pen, no notepad, and even the tissue paper had to be taken from the bathroom. I attempted to call the front desk three times, but no one picked up. I also tried calling housekeeping twice, yet still, no one answered. This lack of responsiveness is quite disappointing. I strongly believe that ensuring a quality guest experience should be a priority for the hotel. Proper staff training and attentiveness are essential to maintaining good service standards. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.
