Nice hotel. The check in area was pretty modern and all and they even had an arcade, a pool and an onsen. But as soon as you exit the lift(on your room’s floor) there is some kind of dust smell which is actually very bad. Like the smell explains that the AC and the carpet are extremely dusty. And outside the lift(between the outside opening doors and the lift’s opening doors in that empty space) as well, there was a lot of dust which made the hotel feel a little unmaintained. The rooms by the way, was very spacious with 4 beds which was nice. But in the bathroom, when you switched the tap in the tub to shower mode, and when you switch on the shower the tap below still leaks water. And even the wall in the bathroom had a huge crack. Additionally, the space around the toilet was really tiny so you cannot sit on the toilet comfortably. The hospitality and breakfast was 5/5 by the way. Overall it was a good experience.

Paid a good deal for a Tatami room through a hotel booking app. The room is spacious and clean. Nice view facing the greenery and mountain. However you need to deploy yourself the futon beds unlike other hotels we stayed at. Onsen is clean, available in both outdoor and indoor. The nearest convenience shop and restaurant is about 10mins drive.

Nice, clean and overall a decent hotel. Helpful front desk staffs. But as part of Accor Group, I am disappointed that I was only informed at check-in that individual with tattoo/s are NOT allow to their onsen and they DO NOT have an option to private onsen.

Property was very old and very dusty and smelly in the guest room floor pathway, between elevator doors and elevator lobby. Rooms were spacious but bathroom was vary cramped and the worst was the wifi which was extremely bad as I couldn’t connect and work even for few mins consistently and ended up using my mobile hotspot. Breakfast was amazing on the contrary and had an amazing spread. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
