7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily a la carte breakfast is served at MASÉ Kitchen & Wine Bar or in-villa.
• Daily choice of two-course lunch or dinner at MASÉ Kitchen & Wine Bar or MASÉ Green Café at SOHAM Wellness Center.
• Daily afternoon tea is served at MASÉ Kitchen & Wine Bar from 3pm to 5pm. Afternoon tea has a selection of sweet and savory bites with fresh juice, coffee and tea.
• Nightly Cocktail per adult is served at MASÉ Kitchen & Wine Bar.
• Welcome drink on arrival is a Virgin Mojito.
• Included massages can be redeemed at the SOHAM Wellness Center. Advance booking is essential.
• Complimentary shuttle service within Seminyak is drop-off only at 10am, 4pm and 6pm. Arrangements outside of this schedule are subject to availability.
• The SOHAM Wellness Center facilities and amenities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Guests can also join complimentary classes, including yoga, Pilates, TRX, spinning and kickboxing.
• Atlas Beach Club is the biggest in the world and is located at Jalan Pantai Berawa No. 88, Desa Tibubeneng, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. Valued at IDR150,000 per person for entry. Transfer is not included with complimentary access.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
