Very good Hotel. Rooms are clean and room service also good. In the rooms you have everything you need. Enough space for everything. Coffee and Tea can be made at any time at the room, as they provide everything for it. One important thing to mention is, that the Breakfast is really very good. Big variety of different foods, to satisfy everyone. Funny thing: toilets are automated and toilet seats are heated 😅

Good business and leisure hotel. The rooms are well maintained and staff courteous. The hotel is connected to the metro station which makes it super convenient. Highly recommended

The location of the hotel to numerous shops and Central Park is very convenient! The staff was phenomenal, very attentive to any need. The breakfast had a tremendous amount of selections to meet everyone's pallette. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Incheon!

Nice and very clean hotel. Still very far from the airport the area is very quiet. Great views. Sadly I am not a fan of the hotel when the reception is on the 19th floor. I feel it is a bit alienating. Also you miss that friendly greeting when you are making your way to the elevator, after reading the signs. But still very nice staff.
