Grand Hyatt Bali is enviably located on the golden shores of Nusa Dua, steps from the Bali Collection shopping centre. A number of cultural attractions are located within 15 minutes of the resort. If you feel like a fun-filled day out, Waterbom Bali can be reached in less than 40 minutes. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• One 30-minute massage per adult at Kriya Spa is available to redeem from 9am–8pm. Guests choose between a 30-minute head, shoulder or foot massage. Bookings are required in advance.
• 30% discount is valid for Pasar Senggol Restaurant, Nampu Restaurant, Kriya Spa and resort activities. Bookings are required in advance.
• All dining and guest activities require booking in advance.
• Resort activities include yoga, bike hire, and more is subject to resort activity schedule. Reservations are required. Contact hotel for resort activity timetable (subject to change).
• Oceania Kids Club is open from 9am–6pm. Maximum usage is two hours per day. Valid for children 11 and under.

All-Inclusive Fine Print:

• All adults and children staying in the room must purchase the Food and Beverage All-Inclusive Offer for the entire length of stay.
• In-room dining and other outlets not listed (i.e Grand Club Lounge) are not included in this offer. Dining in Veranda Lounge included in select packages only.
• Unlimited daily free-flow drinks include local beers, wines, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks from a select menu. Premium drinks are indicated on the menu for an additional charge. Imported beer, premium wines by glass, bottles of wine and premium cocktails are not included in this offer.
• Dining inclusions do not include premium items marked on menus, Nampu’s teppanyaki experience and Passar Senggol cultural performance dinner show (unless stated in your package). Premium items are indicated on the menu at an additional charge with a discount.
• Advanced reservations are highly encouraged at all outlets and activities.
• Specialty menu items, promotional items, dining events (i.e Festive Season) are not included in this offer.
• Please inform our staff on duty that you are part of Food and Beverage All Inclusive Offer to ensure the menu offerings. Restaurant menus will indicate which items are included and which items are considered as specialty items.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person. Standard transfer is in a Toyota Innova or similar; standard van transfer is in a Toyota HiAce or similar.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Luxury Vehicle Airport Transfer (select packages only):

• Luxury sedan can accommodate up to four passengers with luggage. Fees may apply for excess baggage.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, return transfers from your Nusa Dua hotel to the beach club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay

• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts, please contact CANNA Bali to arrange. On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pick-up time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):
