Upon arrival, the doorman was very helpful with my luggage, and Sunny from the concierge assisted me further, even arranging to ship my long coat to Jeju before my flight to Australia. Paul at check-in was professional and answered all my questions about the hotel’s facilities, and Harry from reception was also incredibly helpful. Thank you all for your outstanding service! The room was in perfect condition, and the view was stunning. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I truly appreciate how each of you made my last day in Korea so special. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Korea or celebrating a special occasion.

A beautiful hotel, classy and top notch in service, area, beauty and high end. If you had a choice between 2 hotels. The Fairmont should be your choice. A mall is connected as usual in Seoul, and has a vast amount of foods and stores you've come to rely on. The workout room is nice( just not open 24 hrs.) no problem for me. Enjoy your stay and rest in Luxury. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met with a smile. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and the delicious breakfast buffet, were top-notch. The location was also ideal, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.
