Alma Resort Cam Ranh occupies 30 hectares on the Cam Ranh Peninsula, overlooking a private beach with a plethora of world-class onsite facilities. Near the resort, there are plenty of scenic drives, nature reserves and golf courses to be discovered. The hotel is located approximately a 10-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Alma Garden from 6.30am to 10am.
• Daily lunch is served at Alma Lounge, the Food Court, or any other available restaurant.
• Nightly buffet or a la carte dinner is served at any open restaurant (Atlantis, La Casa, Asiana, or Alma Garden).
• All-day snacks are served at the Pool Bar and The American Lounge & Bar and are sandwiches, pizzas, bahn mi, fruit, ice cream and more.
• Please note, designated dining outlets for included meals are subject to change and subject to operating hours.
• Unlimited free-flow drinks are soft drinks served from 10am to 6pm and cocktails and other alcoholic drinks from 12pm to 10pm at the pool bars. They are served at American Bar from 5pm to 10pm and at lunch and dinner venues during operating times.
• One-time 30-minute foot massage takes place at Le Spa, open daily from 9am to 8pm. Booking is required.
• Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 8pm and there is a member of staff to supervise. Activities include origami, flower making, face painting, bracelet making, movie night & more.
• Cinema and water park access is unlimited, during operational hours.
• 30% discount is applicable to regular a la carte menu items outside the all-inclusive offerings.
• Airport transfers should be organised with the resort directly prior to arrival. Please email reservation@alma-resort.com to arrange.
• One child (12 and under) stay, plays and eats free and gets all inclusions excluding spa treatments.
