The hotel is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) and about a six-hour drive from the capital city, Berlin. Refundable Cancellation Policy

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 1 day prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 1 full day prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Good location, just next to the shopping mall. Staff were kind and supportive, the room was clean and spacious. The parking is limited but stil a good option to park you car during the stay and travel.

We loved the hotel was about 10 min walk to the train station. We walk everywhere we can, had no problems negotiating the area. Hotel was clean we did pay extra as we arrived early morning they were very accommodating. Room was clean and nice. The view not the greatest as there was construction going on across the street. We didn’t hear any noise. We were a 3 min walk to the skyline mall which had a nice food court.

Decent rooms and great services provided within the hotel. However the staff is relatively unhelpful, we were placed into a room where someone was actively living, and they would not provide us with an extra blanket when asked. Additionally, if you’re unlucky enough to be on the one side of the building you will awake at 7am every morning to giant trucks unloading each day. Not to mention the surrounding area is a drug capital

Shocking experience. I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews but our room was absolutely filthy. When looking under the bed you could see no one has cleaned there in years. There was food, plastic, and various objects from previous guests, as per the picture. Not to mention that when we first entered our room, there was used toilet paper in the toilet, leftover plastic in the kitchen… I promptly let the front desk know and they did not care They only clean the rooms every 3 days, and there’s nowhere to dispose the garbage yourself in between those days. There’s a kitchen, so if you’re cooking, garbage piles up quick and you can’t get rid of it. Then, the day we actually got cleaning, they did not even take the garbage out, just left it there. They say that if you want you can request cleaning everyday, but that’s not true. I requested it and no one came. Last, it feels like it’s illegal for staff to smile in this hotel. They looked annoyed with every interaction, to the point where it feels uncomfortable to even talk to them. I’ve stayed at various Adinas throughout Germany, all were very good. But after this experience, never again.
