Lotus Dining Group has unveiled its new Circular Quay Restaurant, Pearl – and you’re invited to indulge in a luxe and elegant culinary journey of modern Cantonese fare, served with breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge. Set the tone with a glass of Champagne on arrival, then savour the flavours from China’s Canton province artfully prepared using time-honoured techniques, bringing together Sydney’s abundantly fresh seafood and locally sourced produce. Located in the refined Quay Quarter Tower, this inviting and warm restaurant is the perfect setting for connecting with a loved one or marking a special occasion.
