• Children must be under 19 to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• This is a walking tour, as such the walk is not wheelchair accessible or those with reduced mobility
• This tour is conducted in French or English

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations up to 72 hours before departure date: Elyrea will retain 50% of the sale price
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
