This award-winning icon of the South Australian food and wine scene, headed by Executive Chef Tom Tilbury, pays homage to the growers, farmers and makers who carefully tend to their ingredients, allowing them to shine in seven delicious dishes. Elegant touches of marble, suede walls and banquette seating provide the ideal ambiance for lingering over this modern European-inspired meal.
