Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket sits at the southern tip of Phuket, a stone’s throw from the serene Nai Harn Beach and a short drive to the vibrant Patong Beach, Big Buddha, Phuket Old Town and bustling Patong. Nai Harn Beach is a 10-minute walk or two-minute shuttle away. The hotel is located approximately a one-hour drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is available at BUA Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Spa treatments are available at COCOSEA Spa from 10am to 8pm. Treatments must be booked in advance.
• Two-course lunches and dinners are served at BUA Restaurant between 10.30am and 10.30pm.
• Meals are from a customised a la carte menu. Premium items incur a surcharge.
• Kids eat free from a kids’ menu only.
• Free-flow drinks hour will be served at BUA Restaurant or Sapphire Pool Bar from 4pm to 5pm.
• Free-flow drinks hour includes standard cocktails, local beer, local spirits and soft drinks.
• The welcome drink is a butterfly pea lime juice.
• Kids’ club is open from 9am to 5pm for children aged 0 to 12. Adult supervision is required.
• The beach shuttle runs five times a day. Departing from the hotel at 9.30am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. The shuttle departs Nai Harn Beach at 9.45am, 11.15am, 1.15pm, 3.15pm and 5.15pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Infant or child seats can be pre-booked at time of booking free of charge. Guests are free to bring their own baby seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
