Villa Alun is a stylish three-bedroom retreat just steps from Batu Belig Beach and close to Seminyak’s vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife. The master suite has a king bed, spacious dressing room and an open-air bathroom with a circular bathtub. Upstairs, two bedrooms open onto a sunny balcony, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds that convert into a king.
The lush garden features a shimmering pool, tranquil fish ponds, and an al fresco BBQ balé. Inside, the air-conditioned living pavilion offers a home cinema and an open-plan dining area with a modern kitchen. The villa’s attentive staff ensure a seamless stay, with a dedicated manager and night security.

Please Note: The villa is located in a very prime area. Please be advised that due to its proximity to the main street, some noise from the bar Bali Boozy may be audible, particularly in the pool area. However, the impact is minimal within the bedrooms.

Villa Alun is ideally located in the heart of Seminyak, just moments from Bali’s top beaches, cafés, and nightlife. Due to its vibrant setting, guests may occasionally hear light music from the nearby Bali Boozy bar, particularly around the pool area, though the bedrooms remain quiet and restful. Additionally, as part of Bali’s ongoing development, there is daytime construction taking place across from the villa between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
