An absolute gem. From the moment we arrived until we left the hotel, we received a service that unfortunately is becoming rarer. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the street and then checked in with a staff member over a glass of bubbles. We were briefly told a bit about the hotel and what they could offer. Absolutely perfect. Then we were shown up to the hotel's rooftop terrace, where you absolutely must spend some time. Really good bar, atmosphere, and of course, views of the harbor and the water. Rooms, amenities, everything is spot on. Unfortunately, we didn't try the dinner, but we had the pleasure of the breakfast buffet. Absolutely also a recommendation. Like everything else at the hotel, options are reviewed and questions about allergens, etc. are addressed. All in all, a hotel that delivers more than expected. We will be back.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Serras Barcelona this past December, and we completely fell in love with the experience. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay, the hospitality and attention to detail were simply extraordinary. The room and amenities were nothing short of spectacular. Every aspect of the accommodation exuded comfort and elegance, making our stay incredibly relaxing. However, what truly sets this hotel apart from any other we’ve visited is the exceptional service. The level of care and professionalism extended to us made us feel as if we had been staying there for years. Each member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and memorable. Special thanks to Sandra, Joao, Agustina, and Carla, whose warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly special. Their kindness and professionalism made it incredibly difficult to leave—a feeling we have never experienced before when checking out of a hotel. Serras Barcelona has set a new standard for hospitality in our eyes, and we are eagerly looking forward to our return this fall. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Barcelona. I stayed here in August and just realized I forgot to leave a review. This hotel was PHENOMENAL!!! I don’t have a single bad thing to say. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you are treated so well. From Sandra downstairs at breakfast to all of the girls who work at the rooftop bar and restaurant, the service is exceptional. We cancelled our reservation at a different hotel because we wanted to come back and stay here for our last night in Barcelona. Amazing service and the staff is sooooo kind and welcoming. I will never stay anywhere else if I visit Barcelona again!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Serras Hotel in Barcelona for part of our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, offering personalized touches that truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, modern, and perfectly located by the beach. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. A highlight of our stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The food was fresh, flavorful, and paired with impeccable service. Serras Hotel made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and top-tier hospitality in Barcelona. We will certainly be back!
