The villa’s location is second to none, with Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Legoland all within a 30-minute drive. Within the villa, a game room and themed bedroom add a touch of fun, while smart TVs and high-speed WiFi ensure entertainment is always at your fingertips.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.
The property owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals at their discretion.

Please Note:
- A gas BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use and replace the propane tank if needed.
- No commercial or recreational vehicles may be parked on the property overnight (includes trailers, RVs, boats, etc.).
- Maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation.
- Pool heating is optional:
- $35/day
- Must be requested and paid in advance (minimum 3-night charge if stay is shorter).
- Heaters typically set to 88–90°F; spas (if available) to 104°F.
- Must be ordered 48–72 hours in advance.
- No refunds for unused pool heat once activated.
- Pool heat may be disabled for maintenance; a refund will be issued only for unused days in that case.
- Accessibility items (e.g. pool hoist, shower chair, mobile lift) are provided as a convenience. Guests with specific needs should contact a local provider at their own expense.
- Pool safety fence must remain in place when pool is not in use, and must be reinstalled before check-out.
- Pool doors are alarmed for child safety.
- Solterra Resort access fee:
- $35 one-time fee per group
- $45 for groups of 14 or more
