When I first got there, there were no towels in my room and the air conditioner wasn’t working. But, they did send them up quick, and they fixed the air conditioner. It never was quite really cool, but it was fairly comfortable. The beach and the view was amazing Room 1465. Nothing fancy, nothing extra. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing! They change your sheets every night! I didn’t buy theall-inclusive, but I had breakfast once and it was just OK. I had lunch once and the burger tasted like mystery meat. You need to put your belongings on the chair on the beach at around 8 o’clock no later. Because, people will put their belongings on the lounge chairs and not come back until 12 or 1 o’clock! Extremely entitled! Some people with little children just want to go out in the early morning for a few hours, and there was no place for them to sit. I find that really disrespectful. One day I was down there from 8 o’clock until 12, when I saw some people come down and get upset that their towels were moved. Yeah, somebody moved them, which they should have! You can’t leave your belongings down there for four hours! Would I stay here again? I would! Because the beach was amazing! And, all the employees that I met were very, very nice!

Overall, I'm glad to have stayed here! The pool and beach areas were fantastic. Alcoholic drinks are fairly weak (just order an extra shot on the side). Rooms are ok I think it's kind of a lottery. The staff were wonderful (helps if you tip your bartenders and build rapport they will take extra care of you!). The nightly entertainment they provide is great; during my stay there were fire dancers, traditional Mexican performers and live music by the bar lounge- each lasted around an hour.
