Great stay, highly recommend. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff that makes you feel special. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was wonderful and the club lounge is fantastic (if you have it) great service in lounge with lots of snacks/food and beverages. Close to 2 Metro stations. Would stay here again.

There is no doubt that the Intercontinental Madrid is one of our favourite hotels, if not our absolute favourite. The rooms are elegant and spotless thanks to the care of the housekeeping staff. The beds and bedding make for an excellent night. Staff are on call for the slightest thing to make one's stay comfortable. The Lounge is our favourite, staffed by outstanding personnel like Deyanira, whose attentiveness is second to none. (Definitely go for a room with Lounge access. You won't regret it.) In sum, truly a place to be pampered in style while away from home.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with walking distance to most shopping and sightseeing area. The breakfast area was amazing.The manager Javier Capilla took good care of me and made several restaurant recommendations nearby. The food (both pastries and hot food) was abundant and tasty. I would opt in for breakfast again if I stay here in the future. Thanks for making me feel at home.

For the past year, I have had the privilege of staying at the Intercontinental Madrid nearly every week. While there were moments when I felt homesick, the incredible team, led by Giuseppe, went above and beyond to make this hotel feel like a true home away from home. From the staff in the Club Lounge who always remembered my specific breakfast preferences, to the doormen who anticipated where I was headed, to the bell staff who greeted me by name as soon as I walked through the door—every single person made me feel genuinely cared for. The front desk team’s warmth and recognition added a personal touch that is rare to find. The rooms were always impeccably clean and well-prepared, a testament to the countless hardworking individuals behind the scenes who I may never meet but whose efforts keep the hotel running like clockwork. Their dedication, combined with the exceptional service from the team I interacted with daily, created an unmatched experience. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service provided by the entire team made my extended stays not only comfortable but truly enjoyable. I am so grateful to the Intercontinental Madrid team for curating an experience filled with homeliness, happiness, and warmth. Thank you for everything—you are all simply wonderful.
