Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 7 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 7 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Beautiful hotel, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Elegant dining room with glass floor overlooking Roman ruins. Lovely relaxing courtyard populated by orange and lemon trees. Polite, professional staff - nothing was too much trouble.

This was our best hotel stay ever. The staff really makes you feel special from the moment you step inside; they always have a smile and are ready to help. There have been many charming details like gifting our kids small teddy bears when we got here, or leaving a set of fresh pastries in our room every day. The hotel is gorgeous, the patio is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and special. We enjoyed the roman baths, too cool for the pool! Though it looks great. Breakfast was also great, they have good ibericos, regional pastries, fresh yogurt and a good sized menu of things you can order (the toast with eggs benedictine and iberian ham... amazing!). Highly recommend. You are not in the middle of the superturisty area, but a short 10m walk from it. Its easy to walk around.

I stayed there for the 2nd time on December 2024. My first time was on 2017. The hotel is lovely and located near the old town. Staff are friendly, welcoming and well trained Our room was in the ground floor directly on the internal garden and swimming pool. Historical attractions are walkable. Juts 10 minutes walk. I really recommend it specially for couples Parking is available by hotel (paid)
