H10 Villa de la Reina sits on Madrid’s main promenade, Gran Via. It’s in the centre of the action, with the city’s best museums, restaurants, attractions and bars just a short walk away. The closest Metro station (Gran Via) is 50m away. The hotel is a 26-minute drive (12km) from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD). Transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Room was clean and bed was good. Shower was excellent. Staff came to our room and helped us when TV would not stream Netflix and held our bags for us after check out so we could explore that last day without them. Free glasses of cava for both of us when we checked in. Good use of Choice points.

Just back from a four night stay at this hotel in Madrid. It was great. The location of this hotel is perfect. You are so central for walking to all the main sights but also on the metro line. The staff are incredibly helpful. Literally nothing is too much trouble and they are very knowledgeable about things to do etc and trips We didn’t eat there as we were room only but did use the bar which was very reasonable. Gave the room as on arrival the bathroom door didn’t shut and nor did the shower. Both were fixed promptly. Ours was a basic double but we did have a peak in one of the larger rooms and it was lovely.

My adult daughter and I spent 4 days at this hotel during the week before Christmas. We found the staff at this hotel to be very interested in ensuring that our stay was lovely. The folks behind the desk were able to store our luggage, call a taxi for our trip to the airport, answer questions about the area and suffered through my attempts to speak Spanish with good humor. The breakfast served at the hotel each morning had many wonderful choices for all palates. The wine/coffee bar/lounge in the hotel was excellent and provided a lovely atmosphere to sit and have a cocktail or coffee in the afternoon. The central location of this hotel also allowed us to walk and/or metro to all places we sought to go.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Very well maintained, excellent location, and fantastic service. We got a cheaper interior room. It was a little tight but well worth it. Plus it was interior so we heard no noise, despite being in the middle of Gran via and all the excitement that comes with the area. We ended up coming the day of my birthday. When the hotel staff found out, they gave me a card and dessert. My husband had to call down several times for random items, and the front desk was always very quick to bring them. Overall, this hotel is well worth the money. You will not be disappointed.
