Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 3 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 3 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Green Fees Credit: The included credit for stays of 4+ nights must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The credit is only applicable for green fees and excludes the Pro Shop and any golfing experiences, which must be booked directly with the resort.
The complimentary use of the driving range and balls before golf sessions for stays of 4+ nights will only be valid with the redemption of the gold voucher.

The hotel and spa are set in a beautiful, picturesque location. The outdoor area features numerous saunas, jacuzzis, and heated relaxation zones. We stayed from Monday to Wednesday in March and were surprised by how crowded it was on Monday. The hot jacuzzis were fully occupied, and all the lounge chairs in the pool area were taken. It felt like some guests were using them for extended naps, while others left their towels on the chairs and disappeared for long periods. On Tuesday, a different staff team was on duty, and they did a much better job maintaining order. As a result, we were finally able to access areas that had previously been out of reach. The hotel and spa facilities are clean and entirely non-smoking. Our hotel room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the linens, towels, and bathrobes were changed daily. However, there was a noticeable urine smell in the bathroom, despite its clean appearance. This issue could use more attention, as the odor was evident as soon as the door was opened. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return—but only during the middle of the week.

Oh my! Outstanding. This was my first time staying at the Galgorm and had heard that it was fabulous. Well it was more, much more . Terrific staff who couldn't do enough for you. With extra touches to surprise you as I was celebrating my birthday. My daughter and I will be making this our annual treat to ourselves I just cannot wait to get back. So I recommend a visit as soon as possible so you too can experience the wonderful food, surroundings and once again the amazing staff. So thanks again for making my trip so unforgettable.

Not dog friendly 🐶 A nice hotel with excellent spa amenities. However do not bring your dog. Although the hotel is advertised as dog friendly, what they really mean is the dog can stay in the cottages and nothing else. We arrived at 12pm and asked for an early check in if possible as we had a small dog (which I had rang about in advance). However we didn’t get our room until 3.15 pm. Other hotel guests were able to use the spa facilities while waiting on rooms, we could not as we had nowhere to leave our dog. As we waited we witnessed every other guest get their room keys before us. After arriving early, asking multiple times and calling in advance you would think we could have been prioritised over other guests who didn’t need the room as we did. We basically had the use of a spa facilities for an hour before our booked treatments. Other than that, dining was also difficult. I’m not sure the staff on site were educated as to what premises were dog friendly as we kept receiving different information from the staff, reception telling us we could dine in their on site pub (pub food menu) with our dog only to be told when we got there that they don’t serve food. We ended up having to leave our dog in the cottage while we quickly dined and went home again. We met another couple who had a dog and had to take turns dining and using the spa facilities as they couldn’t leave their dog alone. It’s a really nice hotel but I wouldn’t believe their statement of it being dog friendly. There were other issues we had, which I have expressed my concerns to hotel management. Leave your dog behind if considering this hotel.

I bought my parents a £100 voucher for their anniversary, expecting them to have another amazing stay at the Galgorm, as they have for years. Unfortunately, their experience was nothing short of disappointing, and despite emailing a complaint over a week ago, they have yet to receive any response. They stayed in a cottage that was run-down and poorly maintained—a leaking shower that gushed water all night, a flashing hallway light going off every two minutes, and burn marks all over the carpet from irons and hair straighteners. The spa experience was just as bad. Check-in at 12 to use the spa was chaotic, with guests having to leave their clothes at the front desk in front of everyone after changing. The staff were clearly stressed and overwhelmed. The spa itself is in serious need of repair—the decking is dangerously damaged, and the place was completely overcrowded, making it impossible to use many of the facilities. Worse still, it was full of loud, drunken guests, with no staff managing the situation. To top it off, the electricity in the spa even went out in the afternoon. Breakfast was just as disorganised, with long queues for both food and towels, making the stay feel more like a budget B&B than a luxury resort. My parents have always considered the Galgorm a special place, visiting multiple times a year. This time, they were just relieved to leave. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how much the quality has declined, and even more disappointing that the management hasn’t bothered to respond to complaints. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend Galgorm to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience.
