I had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental NT and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, within walking distance to many popular attractions. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning in the future

I stayed at the InterContinental Nha Trang Residence for two days. It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff was extremely friendly. Ms. Tam and Ms. Tram at the front desk were especially kind. I would love to visit again.

Our 1.5-month stay at Intercontinental Residences Nha Trang was exceptional. The staff's dedication to service excellence made it truly feel like home. Gia provided immediate technical support when we needed help with our TV, and the housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness with high-quality bedding throughout our stay. The entire team - from front desk staff to bell boys and security guards - greeted us with genuine smiles and eagerness to help during our multiple daily entries and exits. Ti, in particular, stood out with his wonderfully infectious smile that brightened our days. We're especially grateful for the team's compassionate care when my husband experienced food poisoning. Their excellent hospitality and unwavering commitment to guest comfort made our extended stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at Intercontinental Residences for creating such a welcoming home away from home.

We are Americans, in our 60’s, traveling Vietnam and the world so we stayed in a lot of hotels. My husband is an IHG Diamond and I have status at other brands. I will preface this by saying we stayed at the ‘regular’ Intercontinental, right next door, for eight nights prior to moving here for 5 nights. Let’s start with the best part. Our ‘apartment’ faces down the south beach. We were here for New Years Eve and as they started constructing the big stage we could tell we would have an absolute gem of a room to see the fireworks and the show, and we did. If for no other reason I would book this room again because of the view. We are in 2706. The apartment is very large and having a washing machine has been a blessing. The apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is modern and the shower is nice with very powerful jet shower and nice hot water. The towels are nice. The living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious. It’s kind of weird for having a lovely kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave— it has no cutlery, no plates or pots and pans. As a general rule we don’t cook anyway, but without breakfast, like we had next door, it’s hard to even make coffee and a biscuit without silverware and plates. There are some glasses and 2 very small coffee cups. It just kinda struck me odd. The balcony is huge and if we are in the apartment we spend time out there looking at the beach and people watching. The pool looks nice but it’s not heated and is cold. On the second floor is a beautiful restaurant. We have eaten there and the service is very good. The food comes from the other hotel but it’s fast and the ‘Living room’ has very good food at reasonable prices. The staff at the front desk and the bellman are very polite and always are attentive because it’s a residence and has people staying for longer terms it does have a different feel to it than the hotel.
