Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please bring good walking shoes and appropriate attire for a day outdoors, including sunscreen

• Pick-up/Departure point: Estacio del Nord bus station, Platform 16

• Bookings are subject to availability. It is recommended you arrive at Estacio del Nord bus station at least 15 minutes prior to tour start time
• Boat service may change dependent on weather
• Free audio guide service is available in German, French, Italian, Russian, Portuguese and Chinese
• Tour runs Monday – Thursday and Saturdays during June, July, August and September. In May and October, the tour runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only
