Availability:

• Available every day on request: 10am–4pm. Flights depart every 30-minutes
• Departure Point: Hoffnungsthal Valley Helipad
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight

Important:

• All flights are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Children under 100cm tall are not able to fly. A child must be able to sit independently on their own seat and cannot sit on laps of parents/guardians
• Each person is required to have their own individual seat regardless of age
• Rates listed are valid for one person. Per person rate varies according to the required minimum number of bookings as specified – please make your selection carefully
• Flight time is approximately 20 minutes. Please allow up to 30–40 minutes for the entire experience, including pre-flight briefing and boarding
• Pets are not permitted on flights
• Seating is assigned according to weight and balance calculations and cannot be modified

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Barossa Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• The maximum single seat payload is 130kg and the maximum combined passenger weight is 270kg
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Barossa Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
