- Fundamentals of Cooking: The chefs will guide you through the foundations of cooking, from understanding flavours and seasoning to perfecting cooking temperatures and techniques
- Spanish Cooking: Master the art of tapas, paella, and churros
- Japanese Cooking: Craft dishes such as sashimi, miso soup, buckwheat (soba) noodles, seaweed and wakame salad, rice pillows with salmon, and matcha custard with miso caramel
- Italian Cooking: Explore the art of crafting delectable antipasto, refreshing Crudo, gnocchi, and pannacotta
- Moroccan Cooking: Prepare tantalising starters, flavourful tagines, and indulgent desserts
- Mexican Cooking: Prepare tacos, rich and complex mole sauces, and sweet desserts
