Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 7am–8am, returns to Melbourne at 8.45pm (approximately)
• Pick-up Point: Inner-city pick-up service from most accommodation providers and specified pickup points
• Please note: Village Melbourne is no longer available as a pick-up point
• Please arrive at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals are not included. On all tours, meal breaks are made at appropriate times and the operator will always try to make sure that there are opportunities to select a range of meal providers. You will always be able to access vegetarian and gluten-free options as well There will be a dinner break of about 30 minutes duration in the regional town of Colac. Guests can purchase meals from several local eateries here (own expense)
• No prams or strollers permitted
• Go West Tours are able to provide an infant seat (0–3) or a child booster seat (4–8) free of charge. Please note, only a limited number are available each day and they must be pre-booked. Contact Go West Tours directly with your request and provide the age of your child along with your confirmation number and booking details
• Download the Go West Tours app from the App Store or Google Play prior to your departure for access to the tour language commentary. Available in Arabic, Malay, Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, and Hindi
