• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Departures between 5.30am–11pm (See ferry time-table here)
• Limited services on Christmas Day
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Departure Point: Breakwater Ferry Terminal – Sir Leslie Thiess Drive, Townsville and Nelly Bay Marina, Magnetic Island
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers
• Ticket is valid for 30 days from date of purchase and there is no requirement to book on a set ferry departure
• Please allow approximately 20 minutes for the ferry journey

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a parent of a guardian when travelling outside official school days and services
• Children aged nine and under must be accompanied by a parent/gaurdian or an immediate family member who is over the age of 15. See FAQs for further details
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Ferries are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of SeaLink North Queensland for passenger and crew safety
