• Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time

• Please note that check-in at the Las Vegas VIP Terminal is 45-minutes before the booked tour time

• Arrange your pick up from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation

• Transportation for Dinner, then Night Flight - Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters will provide transportation for the helicopter portion. Guests will be responsible for transportation to the Venetian Resort for the restaurant portion
