    • Number of Children/Infants Travelling and Age (if applicable). Note: Guests travelling with children under 8 must provide their own child restraint/safety seat. Children under 8 (including infants) cannot ride on the lap of another passenger and must have their own assigned seat. See child safety seat requirements here
  • Should Karmel Shuttle Services need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
  • Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

• Available every day on request: Departures from 6am–7pm
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-up/Departure point: One-way vehicle transfer is valid for transport between LAX Airport, SNA airport, Universal Studios, Universal Hotels, Garden Grove, Buena Park, Knott’s Berry Farm and selected Downtown LA OR Anaheim resort hotels, as selected at time of booking. Please make your selection carefully
• Meeting Point: LAX Pick-up – Exit Baggage Claim, cross to the island or middle curb under the white sign “Passenger pick-up”. Passengers will be contacted directly by their assigned driver; SNA Pick-up: Exit Baggage Claim, cross to the Ground Transportation Centre, 3rd curb, under the Green Sign “Door to Door Shuttle”.
• Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time and be waiting outside at the curb of their selected hotel or designated pick-up location (as per selected transfer type)

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, any additional personal purchases such as merchandise or theme park entry. Return transfers are not included - each option selected is valid for one-way travel only
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Travel times are traffic- and weather-dependent and may take longer than estimated
• Valid for transfer location selected at time of booking. Additional and/or alternate stops are not permitted
• Rates listed are for a one-way transfer. If you wish to book a return transfer, you must purchase an additional transfer as per your preferred return location

Terms & Conditions:

• Airport transfers:
  • Guests must collect all luggage first prior
  • Karmel is aware of all flight delays; however, if your flight number changes for any reason, guests have to call Karmel Shuttle at 1-714-670-3480 to provide them with the new flight number and arrival time
  • If you are delayed in baggage claim for any reason, contact Karmel immediately as they will only wait 1.5 hours after the arrival of your aircraft for domestic flights and 2.5 hours after flight arrival for International flight arrivals, at which time your transfers are forfeited unless you have contacted Karmel to inform them of your delay
• Vehicles are subject to change depending on availability
• Maximum five pieces of luggage permitted per group. Each piece must not exceed 23kg. Passengers carrying luggage above 23kg may be required to load their own bags and additional baggage fees may apply
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and refunds are not applicable. Wait times may incur additional fees, payable directly to Karmel Shuttle Service
• Reservations are not held until all relevant booking information is provided (see How to Redeem)
• Child policy: Guests travelling with children under 8 must provide their own child restraint/safety seat. See child safety seat requirements here. Children under 8 (including infants) cannot ride on the lap of another passenger and must have their own assigned seat

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. Please call 1-888-995-7433 or 714-670-3480 directly to amend an existing booking
