• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for boarding. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, food and drinks are not included and are at the guest’s expense, paid directly to the vendor
• Note: Portuguese language tours are no longer available on Saturdays
• Face coverings are recommended when travelling on board vehicles. Spare disposable masks are available at check-in
• Guests are provided with personal audio headsets so distancing can be maintained when listening to the commentary

• Guests must hold valid ID to be eligible for student and senior (60+) rates, to be presented on the day
• All attractions and live entertainment shows at Warwick Castle are subject to availability
• Evan Evans reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule or make other adjustments to any tour departure upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and in any other circumstances
• If Evan Evans cancels a tour at any time before its departure date, Evan Evans will offer, at its option, a comparable tour if available or a future travel credit (FTC) to the value of the original booking
