• Flights depart approximately one hour before sunrise. Your pilot will contact you between 6pm and 7pm on the evening before your flight to confirm the weather conditions and your exact meeting time
• Meeting times vary depending on the season and forecast conditions, so please allow plenty of time to reach your meeting point. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• ​Please note: If you miss your flight due to arriving late, your ticket will be forfeited
• Check-in time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests

• High heels and thongs are not to be worn for ballooning, and scarves must be securely tucked inside jackets, or not worn on the launch field
• Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes. Please allow up to four hours for the entire experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• This experience is not suitable for children under 13. Children aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and provide valid ID upon request. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult guardian (18+) and an alternative drink will be provided
• No pregnancies at the time of flight
• No broken bones or recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes)
• Flights are subject minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Serenity Hot Air Balloons
• Serenity Hot Air Balloons is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon tours or tethered hot air balloon rides

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before departure date:
  • Cancellations within this timeframe are not refundable
  • Rescheduling incurs a rebooking fee from A$50 per person
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows:
  • No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations, illness, or no-shows. Please arrange your own insurance for unforeseen circumstances
  • Only participant name changes of similar weight are permitted (must be advised at least 24 hours in advance)

Changes to Bookings:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Rebooking fees may apply, payable directly to Serenity Hot Air Balloons
