• Participants are not allowed to enter the Cathedral of Florence on December 24th and 31st due to Christmas celebrations taking place inside the Duomo on those dates
• On Sundays, entry to the Cathedral of Florence is unavailable due to Sunday mass. The guide will offer an explanation of the Duomo from the outside

• This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate

• If you cannot join your tour at the last minute (Running late, etc), please contact the operator. They may be able to reschedule your tour with a small amendment fee depending on availability

• All guests must pass through security. No weapons or large items are allowed inside

• Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia museum. There is no bag check or storage available

• Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry
